G2G Consulting was founded by Dr. Mark Poznansky, a leading research scientist and chief administrator and a member of both the Order of Canada and the Order of Ontario. It offers a wide range of services - such as program analysis, strategic planning, change management, leadership training, mentoring, management restructuring and mediation - for government, hospitals, universities and institutions and the private sector.

Dr. Mark Poznansky has consulted for Viron Therapeutics Inc, The Ontario Life Sciences Incubator, Government of Spain, Merck, GE Healthcare, University of Alberta and the Canadian Foundation for Innovation.

With G2G Consulting, you have years of experience at your disposal. Dr. Mark Poznansky is former CEO and President of Robarts Research Institute and former CEO and President of a Canadian biotech company with a Phase II drug trial. He is also the founder of the London Biotechnology Incubator Inc., past Chair of the Council of Health Research in Canada and former Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Canadian Medical Discoveries Fund.

He is Chair of the Ontario Genomics Institute, Chair of Let's Talk Science, Chief Science Advisor to the CEO of the Thunder Bay Regional Research Institute and a board member of the Innovation Institute of Ontario.

A skilled negotiator, Dr. Mark Poznansky has completed the Negotiation and Advanced Negotiation
Workshops at the Harvard Negotiation Institute, Harvard Law School.
